Paying and Claiming

We use a mobile EFTPOS and Xero software to produce and invoice receipt on the spot. Credit and debit cards are accepted. Our services are claimable through private health funds, you simply lodge a claim through your private health insurer online or in person.

*We accept private patients without referral. CDM/EPC patients will require the appropriate paperwork prior to the appointment.

Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care & Commonwealth Home Support Program

Eligible patients should discuss with My Aged Care or their Package Provider to find out how they can access our services. This is a government subsidised service for people living in their own home. Our private fees don’t apply to you if you choose to go through a My Aged Care provider.

Do I need a referral for a podiatrist in Perth?

You don’t need a referral for our podiatry services. Patients with a Chronic Disease Management plan or Enhanced Primary Care plan will require the appropriate paperwork from their package provider prior to the appointment.

Is podiatry covered by Medicare?

Podiatry services are not covered by Medicare unless you have an Enhanced Primary Care plan, Chronic Disease Management plan or My Health Care plan.

What kinds of patients might be referred to a podiatrist?

Anyone with toenail, foot or ankle problems may be referred to a podiatrist. We treat:

  • Uneven gait;
  • Foot and heel pain;
  • and Arthritic condition
